Thermic Fluid Carbon Cleaning Chemical is a Solvent based Heavy-duty carbon cleaning chemical to dissolves carbon to used as a thermic fluid carbon cleaning chemical. Removes all the carbon deposits inside the system.
Specifically formulated for removal of completely carbon buildup, grease, oil, varnishes and other heavy deposits from diesel engine. Its unique combination effectively remove carbon deposits, varnish, gummy matter, baked / burnt on grease deposits and all persistent with high solvency and penetrating capabilities to remove carbonaceous residue formed by fuel engine part. RXSOL-37-1003-025 is a highly concentrated Wetting Emulsifying Agent which makes this product water soluble.

Main feature is Quickly dissolves deposits containing carbon, resins or varnishes; Eliminates need for hard scraping; Non flammable

This powerful action is based on a two –Layer mechanism. The top-layer prevents the evaporation of the volatile components in the button-layer. The button –layer removes the deposited substances. This way, the deposits are bind and trapped resulting to complete and safe removal.

How to ensure exceptional cleaning of Thermal Fluid Systems and Heat Transfer Systems?
 
PROCEDURE
  1. Install a 60-mesh screen in the Y-strainer to catch any large lumps that break loose.
  2. Drain the equivalent amount of fluid from the system before adding Thermal System cCleaner.
  3. Suggested treat rate is 3-12% of system volume (to be mixed with mineral oil/thermal fluid), depending on the degree of fouling. System cleaning should be preceded by analysis of the fluid to confirm suitable treat rate.
  4. Add Thermal System Cleaner RXSOL slowly using a positive displacement transfer pump and hoses of appropriate temperature range. Either pump Thermal System Cleaner RXSOL cleaner liquid directly into system (near pump suction if possible) or pump into expansion tank and drain into system.
  5. Allow cleaner to circulate until all loops are at operating temperature. Run system normally.
  6. Minimum suggested circulating time is 3 weeks, maximum time is 1 year.
  7. Clean Y-strainer screen as necessary for duration of cleaning cycle.
  8. To drain cleaner and fluid, shut off heater but allow pump to circulate until system temperature is cool enough to handle (<200°F). Do not turn off pump and allow system to cool as this will permit particles to settle out and contaminate the new fluid.
  9. Drain system with pump running. Continue to run pump until it begins to cavitate or the low-pressure switch shuts it off.
  10. Continue draining as quickly as possible. Any delay will allow sludge to settle out in the piping where it will contaminate the new fluid.
  11. Fill system with a compatible brand and restart system normally.
  12. One week after startup, send sample to fluid supplier for testing.

How to Clean and maintain Oil Side of Heat Exchangers?

Very Simple to clean and maintain Oil Side of Heat Exchanger, 1st step is remove all excess oil from Heat Excahanger, Then make arrangement to re-circulate the cleaning solution through heat exchanger. 

USE RXSOL Carbon Remover Cleaner in circulatory drum, which is connected for circulation. For complete dissolving of Oily carbonecious deposits from Heat Exchanger continue circulation 10-12 Hrs, Then after full cleaning operation and removal of deposits drain out the solution and use high pressure water pressure and continiue till clear water come out. Then Finally DRY out the Heat Exchanger.
 
NOTE : To enhance the cleaning or reducing circualtion time (down time ) Solution can be heated upto 30-40 °C throughout the cleaning operation
