Hard water contains dissolved minerals, particularly calcium and magnesium salts. During heating, evaporation, and repeated water circulation, these minerals can precipitate and form a hard deposit commonly known as limescale or water scale.

Apply higher strength to highly contaminated scale . Drain the tank and fill with cold water and run the machine for 5 minutes and flush with water until the outlet water shows neutral pH. Good results are obtained when descaling is done at 60 Deg. C.
